I purchased a 2022 Acura MDX from Ron Wesley and Pierre Mazranny on December 21, 2024. I was informed that the two scratches (paint imperfections) on my used car would be repaired as part of the sale agreement. Since December 21st, I have called almost every day to speak to a representative in the service department to schedule the repair work. On Saturday, January 11th I arrived at the dealership at 7am (one hour from my home) and was told that the repair work had not been approved and was not in the system. I visited Acura on a Friday with the intention of purchasing a car and provided a $500 deposit. However, upon reconsidering, I returned the car on Saturday. The dealership requested my presence on Sunday to discuss the matter. When I asked for my deposit back, the owner refused. Despite my history of multiple purchases from them, this was the first instance they denied a refund. On Monday morning, they processed my credit 18 times, which seemed spiteful.

This was worst car buying experience of my lifetime. Picked out a car negotiated a price and was sent to lounge waiting to complete paperwork. We were never given a written breakdown of the deal. While the associates at this location are great it is absolutely absurd that there is a 200 fee for JUST a diagnostic to turn lights off. I bring my car to this location to be serviced often and I advised them what was happening and was told that if there was no work ,there would not be a a fee. Well 200 later that was a lie. I'm very disappointed because normally I don't have any issues with this location.

Be sure to watch financing carefully. We were given a price for the car but price was increased on final paperwork. Very sneaky. Won't do business with them in the future.

I have been bringing my car for service since 2015 on a regular basis. This time service was very poor even after making an 8:15am appointment I had to sit for six hrs and left at 2:15pm. They didn’t clean the car, had to send it back still didn’t vacuum the trunk. Service took too long four hrs. just for oil change and fixing rear windshield hose leak. Car washing/sealant took two hrs. still not done properly. Was very disappointed. Have to think twice to bring my car back to your place or not.

Don’t do business with this dealer. Steve Soto, Service Manager, is unprofessional and dishonest. He does not respond to e-mails or calls after you make the purchase. You will be treated horribly. Steve is a horrible manager. He’s verbally aggressive and unprofessional. Steve lied to me and had me waiting unnecessarily for months for a part covered under my warranty. He also was verbally aggressive when I asked him about the part and yelled me when I was advocating to be treated with respect and professionalism.

My service was subpar. I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and a possible transmission problem. I was not notified by the Advisor on the status, had to call in and was told that they couldn’t give me a status until the following day. They don’t want to sell cars, they want to sell extended warranties. I was told “Mr. Hanania won’t let us sell a car without a warranty.” We were cash customers and walked away. They called back the next day and suddenly saw it our way. We bought the vehicle, begrudgingly. I will lobby my friends hard to stay far far away from these guys.

I’ve had my car almost “2” months and I have still NOT received my tag information. The car had also been in an accident but was not reported to me. The paperwork for repairs was left in car.
