The repair they performed on my vehicle appears to have been a temporary fix rather than a proper diagnosis of the underlying problem. Before authorizing the repair, I specifically asked them to inspect a known failure point while the transfer case was removed, as this issue is common and is currently being investigated by NHTSA (Case DP26-001). The dealership stated that the inspection was performed but refused to document it in writing.

I am submitting this complaint because my fiancé and I feel we were intentionally misled during the financing process of our first vehicle purchase.
We entered the dealership as first-time buyers and negotiated a deal we believed was within our budget. We made a $4,000 down payment and were careful about staying within a manageable financed amount.

Customer Service is horrible. The worst I have seen at a dealership. Their focus is not on the customer just on getting a sale. Salesman don’t know the features on cars they are trying to sale at all. Just horrible.

Andersen was an excellent representative. He ensured I was brought in for service right away, clearly explained the process and expected completion time, and kept me updated throughout. He arranged a loaner vehicle during the service and made sure everything was covered under warranty. He wasn’t pushy about additional services, but was thorough in explaining any recommendations. Hanania Acura is the best dealership I've ever visited. Latasha, my sales person, was nothing short of AWESOME. She was professional, yet courteous and very personable. She was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. Bashir, the finance guy, was awesome as well although I brought my own money. The sales manager and others came over, chatted with me, and congratulated me on the purchase. My experience was excellent overall. I'd certainly recommend Hanania to anyone looking for Acura's and other high end luxury brands such as Mercedes, McClaren, BMW, and others.

This dealership by far is one of the worst dealerships I have bought from. Worst than duval ford, and that is saying a lot. Upon buying a vehicle I agreed to purchase a car in return for some things being fixed. The salesman Kyle let me know that I was to contact him if I ever need anything or have any issues.
Upon contacting him for the agreed issue to be fixed, he ignored me, lied to me, fabricated things I said (when I have proof) and told me things were being handled even tho that was not the case.

The Dealership in general is a terrible place to do business with and should be truly skipped over. What’s even worse is the threatening behavior of the GM Nadi Malek. If you complain about this person, he will instantly go to the race card and play the victim. My wife and I had another awesome experience and only deal with service advisor, Josh D. We recommend him for employee of the month and always appreciate the outstanding customer service he provides. We had to have our timing belt replaced and Josh was very detailed concerning the process and repairs and kept us informed as to the status of our vehicle.
